They are men nude models for art classes harder to find compared to female nude models?
If so, why?
In my part of the world (North Jersey) is exactly the opposite, more men in search of work as nude models are not women. If you look at craigslist / NJ artist models will be added to almost all the models say that women only. One of the schools where only mean there could be a female model represent 5 or 6 times per class per semester most students sometimes do not find a male role model they prefer males but because there are no women available. Men have success will continue to work as nude model for years and years. Example: I have been a model of the figure of 12 years and I know many others like me, with years experience, while most women account for only a couple of years then move on to other things. This means that the talent pool for male models grows as new people enter the modeling field, while the pool is female has remained the same year or a year is reduced. At the same time art schools are adding more and more kinds of study that require more and more models. Schools seek diversity in their classes of models to study what it means to want to crowd people by posing as old, young, fat, skinny, and boys and women are currently in demand.
