There are situations in which there is no point in all conditions to try to obtain a K1 visa. Although there are solutions for most situations, the conditions set below are the worst to be in. I will go one step further and is a relationship involving these situations. Anyone in this type of situation immediately pose problems for National Security, FBI and other agencies in the exterior and interior.
Below are the conditions in which counsel will not be able to help:
- If your boyfriend / girlfriend has sought at every entrance of the United States to engage in violations export control, subversive or terrorist activities, or any other unlawful purpose. If your boyfriend / girlfriend is a member or representative of a terrorist organization currently designated by the U.S. Secretary of State. Has your boyfriend / girlfriend ever participated in persecutions directed by the Nazi government of Germany, or have ever participated in genocide. In connection with this case a lawyer will not be able to help. I also recommend if you are engaged in a relationship with someone who has this type of fund, immediately cease communication. Prolonged communication with a person like this will lead to the arrest or FBI investigation.
- Has your boyfriend / girlfriend, never violated the terms of a U.S. visa, or have been illegally or deported from the United States? Has your boyfriend / girlfriend never retained custody a U.S. citizen child outside the United States of a person granted legal custody of a U.S. court, voted in the United States in violation of any law or regulation, or renounced U.S. citizenship to avoid taxation? Have you ever been the victim of a communicable disease of importance to the public health or a dangerous physical or mental disorder, or ever a drug addict or addict.This one is hard to get around, but I can almost guarantee that no visa would be independent of the use of a lawyer.
As you can see, the situation must be very serious. On the basis of the conditions, a lifetime with someone like this would not be very good for you or your existing family. Yes, people can change, but there will always be part of what will mistrust that some one person with this type of fund. If you still feel strong for the person and find any way to take them to the U.S., his only option is live with that person in their own country.
