I can not find a painting I saw once - this description sounds familliar to anyone?
I saw this painting a while ago and I would love to meet him, is a realistic painting of a nude (tasteful) women laying on a bed with his back to you.She is on the right and left on the canvas with his head on the side law and not white (ISH) bedding around. The wall behind the bed is a gray / green / blue color and has evenly spaced dried roses hung on the wall above it. The light is very white and soft and beautiful - as if the only light source room was a window in the roof. No man made light. The pastel palette is gray dull, blue, green and white, but the room still looks a little dark. It reminds me a little painted in France before the modern era. Sound familiar? I searched all over the web for this and not find it. Thanks for your help:)
