Outside is a team building company with a difference, with a creative touch, with a sense of adventure, with a lot of fun and passion and a real purpose.

Outside offer a wide variety of events and team building days of activity, all of which make the most of our exciting outdoor location.Outside understand the importance of developing basic working skills and improve the development of equipment for events are designed to promote positive change and bring the best in personnel or equipment.

Outside events are not rigid and fixed, but they are very flexible so that the day is always customized and personalized to their needs.

Team Building Events

Our events creative team building are listed below to stimulate your thinking, but by no means stone. Rarely have we run the same event twice to tell us that the events you like and we will customize the activities of a day just to you.All of our team building events are based outdoors in the fantastic scenery Eastnor Castle property.

Our events are goal orientated, with the participation and are designed to improve job skills based in the performance of an individual and team.It is very important to us that the day is rewarding, purpose, inclusive, collaborative and fun with feeling worldwide that have achieved a personal goal and gained knowledge.

From the kitchen to photography, from pioneering to communication, from mentally stimulating jigsaw puzzle full of adrenaline high and low ropes challenges.

Cooking Desert

Take a breath of fresh air and come to a different type of culinary team build day. The 'kitchen' is situated in the forest surrounding the castle, where you will learn about outdoor cooking and survival, as food for roasting over a fire, fire pits, stews and local products fish.The smoking will be the basis for your team to work in groups to produce a meal in an environment, probably have never experienced before. It is a challenge the group and no matter how skilled you are in the kitchen at home, the kitchen of nature is a different ball game and a new challenge.

The team will work towards a three-course meal that everyone can enjoy at the end of the day. The activity is designed to focus on skills communication, leadership, creativity and initiative whist being fun and tasty!

Picture Perfect

This event uses photography teams to highlight the importance of working together and how each individual role helps the team or the organization as a whole.

Participants are given cameras and tasked to create a photo mosaic of the entire team. It requires careful planning and communication, and management group. The teams also will face some collaborative work to complete the challenge successfully. It allows many skills to get a close up and does not require all participants to be too active. The group will leave with a souvenir of the day, which will act as a reminder of what they can achieve a goal, working closely.

Creative Expression

Set your creativity free with this activity aims to promote free expression while developing or enhancing individual creativity and groups.

This is not an art course, but an event as a team located in the castle grounds, which uses natural materials found in the estate to create pieces of art. To succeed participants need to work together in small groups, through planning, using their initiative and ideas flow management. The final challenge is to create a giant image as a large group with only natural materials around them and, of course, imagination.

Venue

Outside are exclusively based on Eastnor Castle, situated in the Malvern Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The Castle offers a place of prestige, high quality facilities in the meetings, accommodation and dining, all of which create a special and memorable experience.

The farm has 5,000 acres of terrain and varied work outside with the natural topography of the land is devoted to metro and treetops with everything in the environment and the elements between.Using natural are able to create team-building days that are invigorating, inspiring and best of all, a real break from the city and the office environment.

Although the site is located in the heart of the countryside which is only ten minutes from the national motorway network. The Castle is 2 ½ miles east of Ledbury in the A438 Tewkesbury road.
