Body Painting: Painting naked male and female body
Body painting is an art that uses the human body as canvas. It is a way of painting pictures or colors propagation in the human body to look is pleasing to the eyes of the spectators. It is an artistic application of exotic colors on parts of the body. No part is now a day except for body paint! But most of the work is done in the face.
When a person's desire to show their wishes on his face, he or she approaches a painter profession. These artists paint and draw figures in the face. Among children, face painting as it is fashionable, while attending a feast of celebration. Festivals are the favorite places of the body painters.
The Story: Actually, the whole human race is fond of painting their bodies. This art form is loved for being a prehistoric one. In the past we used to paint the body with materials such as dyes natural paints and pigments. In some cases we use the ash, clay and vegetable colors, too.
Beliefs: It is believed that the paintings we do in our bodies have some extra sensual powers. Some of these paintings are believed to have magical powers with which they could ward off evil spirits or tribal enemies. Such was the thought many races in the past. But today, the painting of bodies is coined with the celebration of auspicious occasions like New Year or a dance party. Same practices that prevail in the indigenous populations of the countries likeNew Zealand, Australia, Pacific Islands, and parts Africa.
