The Better Business Bureau is investigating diploma mills online, Web sites that offer quick and easy "high school diplomas "If you take an online test (for a fee, of course). So, how easy is it? Oreo C. Collins, a black and white cat in Macon, Ga., property Kevin Collins, executive director of Georgia Better Business Bureau, received a "high school diploma" from a website title.
